Log in procedure
Before connecting to Nordea private ebanking, be sure to have your User id, your Password, your ActivIdentity card and your PIN code ready to use. They have been sent to you in two separate envelopes. We advise you to carefully read through this guide before logging in.
How to log in

Access Nordea private ebanking under www.nordea.lu. Click on 'Nordea private ebanking'. |

| 2 | Enter your User id, password and response code to log in |  |

Press the

Enter the Challenge code displayed on the screen into the ActivIdentity card and press the button. |

The ActivIdentity card generates a Response code. Enter this code into the Response code field on your screen. Press Login and accept the security alert. You now have to change to a personal password. |

Insert your old password in the first field. Choose a new password and repeat in the last field. Press 'OK'. |
You can now start using Nordea private ebanking by clicking 'My Portfolio' in the top left corner. |
