You can participate in the meeting from home via your own screen. 

Your Wealth Partner will share their presentation with you so you can see what you are talking about on the phone. What you need for an online meeting is a computer with internet access.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the meeting. 

In the confirmation, you will find all information you need to login to the online meeting, together with an agenda and a link to the meeting.

The first time you log in to an online meeting you need to install a plug-in program by following the instructions on your screen. You have also the possibility to see the guides to test your browser and operating system here: 

Check your computer to see if you can use the Lync Web App.

If Lync Web App opens you can participate in online meetings.

For audio/video chat, webcam and microphone/speaker are required. For best audio/video experience, decent computer hardware is required.

How to connect

You have received an e-mail with the confirmation of the meeting. In the confirmation is a link that you should use to login, what phone number to call in case you don't use audio/video via PC.

If you have problems loging in to the meeting, your Wealth Partner can help you by phone.

When you login, your wealth partner will ask you some questions to confirm your identity. 


What internet connection do I need?
The online meeting supports all typically used network connections. Call your Wealth Partner if you are in doubt whether you can connect to an online meeting. 

Can more than one person participate in online meetings?
Yes, there may be more participants in the online meeting. You can get guidance from your Wealth Partner if there are more participants from different places.

What else should I be aware of with online meetings?
Keep in mind that the information you exchange with your Wealth Partner and bank is only for your use. So think about where you are and who is around you before you start your online meeting.
