Nordea Bank S.A. is being wound down, and our private banking services will be discontinued.

Consequently, we must terminate our business relationship and move your assets to another financial institution. This process should be as smooth and trouble-free as possible, and the steps to be taken will be in two parts:

1. We require instructions to transfer your assets to an account with another financial institution.
2. To comply with our anti-money laundering obligations as a financial institution, we must have all the necessary information, for example concerning the original source of the assets and the beneficiaries of the account.

Without this, we cannot transfer out any assets or close accounts.

If you have any questions please contact us by email at Open in new window or call us on +352 43 88 73 49.
